  • What type of long arm do you use?
    We have the largest frame Bernina Q24 - fully automated and computerized with Qmatic.
  • How big of a quilt can you manage?
    King size - easy. We can accommodate larger(longer) quilts as long as one end is 130 inches or shorter.
  • What should I ship to you to get my quilt completed?
    a. Quilt top i. Please press prior to shipping. I will spot press if needed to make sure seams as nice and crisp before long arming) b. Backing i. Please square off your backing or get the top and bottom as even as possible. 1. Make your batting at least 2 inches longer on all 4 sides. c. Batting (Optional) i. You may provide your own batting or if you need batting, I can provide at an additional cost. 1. I offer, 80/20 cotton and 100% bamboo batting
  • How do you consult after receiving my quilt items?
    We can set up FaceTime, Zoom or even just a phone call to discuss patterns, thread colors and overall theme of your quilt. Easiest to FaceTime if you’re an Iphone user but whatever gets the job done! I can send photos as well to your email or phone.
  • How long will it take to get my quilt back?
    Typically, turnaround time is between 48-72 hours. Longer if custom quilting is requested.
  • How do you return ship?
    I can ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx -- whichever you prefer and will provide tracking as soon as it is shipped.
  • Can you trim my quilt after it is long armed?
    Yes! It’s a free service so please ask.
  • What kind of thread do you use?
    I use superior threads Masterpiece, King Tut, Magnifico, and Fantastico threads, all top-of-the-line cotton and poly threads.
  • What other services do you provide?
